Application Details

Please note that our 2024-2025 school year is full, and we are no longer accepting applications.
The 2025-2026 waitlist is full, and we are not accepting any new applications.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee your child's acceptance to the program, nor does it secure a spot at LSM.

Enrollment Process
For every new school year - beginning in September, returning families will have priority. They can complete pre-registration in January. Where as, enrollment for new families will start in February.
Families that have applied will be listed on our waitlist in chronological order, when space is available and offered, parents will be provided with a link that they would access for registration, which would have a limited time window to be completed.
The spot is secured when the registration is returned with all forms completed, along with all the supplemental fees and deposit. These fees are non-refundable.

New families are welcome to our open house tour, which would happen in February. New families are also welcome to set up a tour to visit the center during the school year. Tours may be scheduled in the morning or afternoon, between 10am-11am and 3pm-4pm respectively.

Details
Enrollment Policy
A spot is secured once the enrollment packages is returned with all supplemental and deposit fees. Basic requirement: Fully potty trained One month deposit will subsequently off set the last month of tuition fee for July the following year. Basic requirement: Fully potty trained
Payments Methods
Monthly tuition fees are accepted via post-dated cheques or Pre-Authorized Debits. All returned cheques are subject to a penalty of $40.00 each.
Government Support
The BC Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative offers all families up to a maximum of $545 off tuition fees. Parents do not need to apply, as all paperwork is done through our center. The BC Affordable Child Care Benefit for tuition is open to all families. This is based on a sliding scale in relation to family income. ACCB Childcare arrangement form from our facility are available upon request at or after the time of enrollment. BC Child Care Benefits follow the family and can be transferred from one facility to another.
Tuition Details
Tuition can fluctuate due to the BC Fee Reduction Initiative and Affordable Childcare Benefit. Only full monthly payments are accepted until the fee reduction initiative and affordable childcare benefit are totalled and accounted. Please enquire if you would prefer yearly payments. Tuition is calculated based on a yearly fee of 11 months and divided into monthly installment. Reductions from tuition are not available for absence (include illness or vacation) weather closures, stat holiday or any closure listed on the school calendar.
Note
In the scenario we are not the right fit for you, a 60-day withdrawal notice (from payment day) is required. We are approved for the BC Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative, which offers all families up to a maximum of $545 off tuition fees.
Class Times
Parents and caregivers must be punctual to ensure the program runs smoothly for all children including their own. The drop offs times are between 7.30am and 9am. Pick-up times are between 4pm and 5pm. Parents should inform the Facility when alternate timing for early pick-ups or late drop-offs. Late fees will be charged if a child is picked up late more than three times. Habitual lateness may result in withdrawal from the program.
